HOW IT WORKS

Scoreboard Press brings a tried-and-true process to building your event publication that has developed over decades of crafting event publications that span youth, high school, college, and pro sports. Bring us your wild and crazy ideas. Your audacious goals. Our team will burn the midnight oil to bring your event from the ordinary to the extrordinary to engage with your audience and community. 


It’s simple: You upload your information to a Google Drive folder for your event, our design team will take it from there to create your vision. You will be provided with an online proof for any changes or corrections. Once you approve your books will be printed and delivered. We also provide you with a digital link to your program to share on your social media platforms, as well as a QR Code to display at your event


WE COLLECT THE EDITORIAL

Our Editorial Department will reach out to you and all the other teams/participants in your event to collect all the necessary information.  All we ask is you inform all the teams/participants that you are working directly with Socreboard Press LLC.

WE DESIGN THE BOOK

Our Art Department will handle all the layout & design for your event publication. Upon completion, you will receive a proof of your publication for review. You will be able to make any additions or corrections as needed, and sign off on the publication when it is approved.

WE HANDLE THE DELIVERIES

We will deliver your publications to you 24 hrs ahead of your event. If you're hosting a Sectional event with multiple locations, we will make sure all the locations have programs delivered as well!

  • HOW DOES SCOREBOARD PRESS LLC WORK?

    Scoreboard Press LLC and your Athletic Director, Theatre Director, or Organization Director work together to fulfill all your event publication wants and needs.  Then Scoreboard Press LLC collects all the editorial information, handles all the design, takes care of all the distribution. 

  • IS IT FREE FOR SCHOOL AND ORGANIZATIONS?

    Yes.  You give Scoreboard Press LLC, exclusive Advertising Sales rights to your event, and you receive free printed event programs or posters. The school/organization is responsible for making the programs accessible at your events.

  • WHAT ARE SCHOOLS/ORGANIZATIONS RESPONSIBLE FOR?

    Scoreboard Press LLC will do all the heavy lifting in terms of collecting editorial, designing your program, and distribution of programs to all locations. We ask that our school/event contact write a letter connecting us with your community, and participants announcing us as the official publishing partner of the event. This helps the process become much easier and faster within your community. Lastly, you're responsible for making sure the programs are available at your event!
